Zhongshan Vision Intelligent Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.
     Zhongshan Vision Intelligent Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., is located in Shunde, GuangDong. It was founded in 2003, major in development and manufacture in the field of baby care appliances.
     At present, we have totally around 220 employees, including 10 engineers and 20 QMS stuff.  With total 7 production lines, the annual output capacity reaches 3 million units.
     With years of ODM/OEM experience, Vision has served plenty of well known international brands, such as NUK, DrBrown's, Baby Brezza, Midea, BabyCare etc. and markets cover America, Europe, and China Mainland. 
     Vision has run ISO9001 since the year 2007, and pass BSCI, C-TPAT every year. Besides, Vision pass kinds of QMS audits at high score to get orders every year, such as QIMA, Carrefour, Newell, Amazon, etc.

PRODUCTION SYSTEM​​​​​​​
  • INJECTION WORKSHOP:  Injection Department is equipped with 12 injection machines,5 sets of robotic arms, High speed CNC engraving and milling machines, Totally 5 sets.
    GLASS GLUE WORKSHOP:  Glass Glue Workshop is equipped with 2 sets of auto Glass Glue Machines.
    SILKSCREEN WORKSHOP:  Silkscreen Workshop is equipped with 8 sets of Pad Printer and 1set of Hot Stamper,This workshop undertakes all printing jobs on metals, glasses and plastics parts.
    PRE-ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP:  Pre-assembly Workshop is equipped with plenty of automatic equipment like Tangent machine,Stripping machine,Ink Jet Printer etc.
    FINAL ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP:  With totally 6 production lines,the annual output capacity can reach 3 million units.Vision has been using ERP to run modern management since 2003.
